Application stuck on "processing" since Sept 4th - Cannot reapply

Hi everyone,

Hello Support Team,

My GitHub Student Developer Pack application has been stuck on 'We're still processing your application' for several days (since September 4th).

Because of this loop, my Copilot is restricted to the Free plan, and I cannot use the cloud agents. I need a definitive answer. If there was an issue with my documents, I need the application to be rejected so I can redo the process and upload new proof. Right now, I am completely stuck and cannot reapply.

Could you please manually review my status or unlock my application? Thank you!
