Hi @smalirat, Unfortunately, manual reviews aren't provided. I noticed that you haven't added your real name to your GitHub profile. Click on “Edit profile” and add your name under the "Name" field. Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |

Hi everyone,
I am writing to report a persistent issue I am experiencing with the GitHub academic verification process.
I am attempting to submit my "Dated Enrollment Letter" as proof of my academic status. However, my application is repeatedly rejected with the following error messages, even after I have taken steps to correct them:
"Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your last name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information."
"Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information."
"The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name. Your complete school name must appear in your document..."
"You are unlikely to be verified until you have completed your GitHub user profile with your full name..."
To resolve this, I have carefully followed all instructions:
Updated GitHub Profile: I have updated both my GitHub user profile and my billing information to ensure my full legal name matches my academic documents exactly.
Document Editing: I have edited my PDF enrollment letter to explicitly and clearly contain my full first name, my full last name, and the complete, typed-out name of my institution (not just a logo). I also rewrited ervything in english.
Despite these corrections, when I resubmit the updated document, I immediately receive the exact same error messages. It seems the system is not correctly re-evaluating the new file.
Evidence: I am attaching a screenshot of the exact document I am uploading. You can see it clearly contains my full name and the school's name, fulfilling the stated requirements.
Could you please manually review my application or investigate why the system is failing to process my compliant document?
Thank you for your assistance.
