Hey, I think that $1 charge is just a temporary authorization hold.

When you add or verify a new card, the payment processor runs a small test charge to check that your card is valid. It may show up as "charged" or "successful", but it’s automatically reversed within a few days.

It's been over ten days, but it still hasn't been revoked.

best move is to contact your card provider and ask if they still see it as a pending authorization or a settled charge. if it actually posted as a completed charge, open a GitHub billing support ticket and include a screenshot of the transaction. they can confirm it was just a verification and request a reversal if needed.
