Github thinks there is a pending application

Hi everyone,

My application was initially outstanding, all I needed to kinda do was do these specified reasons; which I did.

I tried to reapply again since I did those instructions but it said "You have an outstanding discount request for @CiMatiLOLXD. We will get back to you soon." despite the request being denied

Also weirdly, github recognized my school as 'Las Pinas School Center' which I think isn't any of the previous names of the school, the only thing similar to that is 'Las Pinas College'

That's because there's an ongoing issue with the Education Benefits application system that the GitHub team is actively investigating.
