Problem with Student Application

Hi everyone,

I applied for the student program but was denied because my account was lacking 2key authentications and name / surname on my profile.

I corrected those and tried to apply again, but when I try to go to the next step after uploading my student ID, this happens.

Keep in mind that's the same image I used previously and that it worked fine. There is no error message, just that tiny red triangle.

Could someone help me please?

This appears to be a silent client/server error usually fixed by changing your ID image, refreshing sessions, using a different browser/device, and ensuring all account info matches. If these all fail, support must intervene to check your case in the backend.
