Unable to Reapply for GitHub Education Benefits After Fixing Profile Issues

Hi everyone,

I’m currently trying to reapply for the GitHub Education Benefits program. My first application was denied because:

• Two-factor authentication wasn’t enabled.
• My billing profile name didn’t exactly match the name on my unofficial transcript.

I’ve corrected both issues (2FA is active and billing info now matches my transcript). However, when I try to reapply, I’m stuck on the upload screen — after I upload my transcript and click Continue, the page doesn’t move forward.

I’ve already tried:

• Logging out and back in.
• Clearing cache and cookies.
• Using incognito mode.
• Re-uploading the document multiple times in Chrome.

Still, the issue persists. It feels like the previous rejected application might be preventing a new submission, but I’m not sure.

Has anyone else faced this? Or can someone from the GitHub Education team check if my earlier application is blocking re-submission?
