How to Transfer a License Between Users in GitHub Enterprise (From razikhan-max to peg35)

Hi everyone,

We’re managing users under our GitHub Enterprise account for Company, and we need to transfer a license seat from one user to another.

Here’s the situation:

Existing licensed user: abc

New user added: xyz

We’ve already removed the old user (klm)

The license information is visible under Enterprise → People, but there’s no option to remove or reassign the license from abc to xyz.

Posting here in case anyone from the community or GitHub staff can confirm the correct procedure for transferring licenses within Enterprise.
