Cannot Upload Proof of Enrollment – GitHub Education Verification Issue

I am a student from Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau (UIN SUSKA RIAU), Indonesia.

I have been trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but I am unable to upload my proof of enrollment because the "Upload Document" button does not appear on either desktop or mobile devices. I already sent an email to [email protected] with my official academic transcript attached, but I have not received a response yet.

Could someone from the GitHub Education team please help verify my student status manually?
