I cant use Github Actions

I tried to contact with support, but i cant and got this form with error label

I dont know how to contact with github support, this form didnt have fields what i need

I am receiving the message "GitHub Actions is currently disabled for your account." when trying to use GitHub Actions. I kindly request the activation of GitHub Actions for my account

2. Verify Account Settings
