Looking for Suggestions to Structure and Brand My New AI Organization on GitHub

Hey everyone 👋,

I recently created a new GitHub organization dedicated to my AI and Data Science projects CipherSingularity.
I’m aiming to make it a well-structured, community-friendly space that showcases real-world AI projects

Since I’m fairly new to GitHub organizations, I’d love to get suggestions from experienced developers and open-source contributors on a few things:

1. 🗂️ Repository Structure:

   • How should I organize multiple AI projects (e.g., per use case, per tech stack, or per model type)?
   • Should I keep utility libraries and datasets in separate repos or as submodules?

2. 🎨 Branding & Presentation:

   • Tips to make the organization visually appealing and professional (logos, README design, pinned repos, etc.)
   • Any examples of well-designed AI orgs I can take inspiration from?

3. 🌍 Community Engagement:

   • How do you encourage contributions or discussions around open-source AI tools?
   • Should I create a separate “ideas” repo for open collaboration or use Discussions like this one?

I want this org to become a small ecosystem of AI projects open, educational, and community-driven.
