Problem when I want to request access again

Hi everyone,

I made a first request, which was refused by asking me to add 2-factor authentication and my information in the billing section. I did it, I logged out and logged back in several times, but each time I want to request access again, by validating my proof, it gives me an error with the little warning symbol, but without an error message.
