| Hi @courtwhee, Unfortunately, the upload option isn't always available and manual reviews aren't provided so you have to submit a live photo using your device's camera. If the photo is blurry, try again until it looks good as also indicated in the Student Developer Pack Application FAQs: 
 Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. You can also try submitting the application from your phone. Hi everyone,
Hey, so I've had a GitHub account for a bit, but am also in school so they provided the link for the education package. I already added my school email, and verified it. Every time I try to sign up, it asks for verification photo but lists options that would make no sense taking a photo of via webcam. Looking to submit my student portal. I do not have VPN on, and I am at home not at school as I learn off-site. I just need to figure out how to submit something other than a webcam live photo.
