not able to re submit/reapply for the github education pack whenever i add the document and click on submit application all i see is a small red warning symbol and the page is refreshed

Hi everyone,

Whenever I add the document and click on submit application all i see is a small red warning symbol and the page is refreshed
my application was denied because of no two-factor authentication , I have it now .
I am not able to resubmit the application ,
I have tried to log out log in , open a incognito tab and repeat but no difference.
what am I supposed to do

Usually this issue is solved by submitting the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

These users solved it by using the phone: #162877, #168688, #175904

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
