Where are my academic benefits?

My GitHub Student Pack application was approved on October 24, 2025, and my status shows:

Application Type: Student

Status: Approved

Benefits Expiration Date: October 24, 2027

According to the instructions, the benefits should be available within 3 days, and if not, I should contact you after 5 days.

I want to access this as soon as possible as my most important activity is dependent upon this .

Could you please check my account and help me activate the benefits?

Your benefits should be available within a few hours. It took a little longer than 72 hours for me, so try to be patient — you’ll get your benefits soon! Hope you enjoy them once they arrive!

Don't worry, the waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

You'll get a PRO badge on your profile once benefits become available:

Once available, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
