You must respond to a discussion and your answer must be accepted (2 times as far as I know)

To earn the Galaxy Brain badge you have to answer at least 2 discussions, however, the achievement is no longer earnable via Community Discussions, the only way to get it now is by answering open discussions in other repos on GitHub.
