I'd like to see a custom_property trigger for workflows.

When any Custom Property is set, unset, or changed for a repository, a workflow can be triggered.

Trigger on any property changes:

on:
  custom_property:

Trigger on specific property, with any value:

on:
  custom_property:
    property: <property name>

Trigger on a specific value set for a custom property.
Will trigger if the value matches any value in the list.

on:
  custom_property:
    property: <property name>
    values: 
      - <value>
      - <value>

Trigger on changes to other repositories:

on:
  custom_property:
    repositories:
      - <repo slug>

In all cases I'd like to see the following data passed in:

repository: <slug of the repo that's been updated>
property: <name of the changed property>
old_value: <what the value was>
new_value: <what the value is now>

Our specific scenario is that we are trying to manage security and compliance issues for our GH Repositories.
We use Custom Properties to mark any give repository as in-scope for our compliance tools.
When this value is set to true, we want to run an initial setup and first run of our compliance tools.

It would be useful if we could do this with the, very recently, announced Org level custom properties.
Might need to be a separate event type of custom_property_org.
