Apply for Education and got deny and cannot submit again.

Hi everyone,

I have applied and got decline, try to resend again after reading what need to be done and make changes according to what the reason that have been stated still unable to resubmit.

Error I got: There was an error creating the discount request. Errors: Discount request could not be created. Discount request errors: We require applicants to use a school-issued email address to apply.

But I have entered my school email and did not recognize as a school email.
Ticket have been sent not sure what I can do anymore.

Hi @SeahWeeHian,

Make sure to add your school's email and set it as the primary email on GitHub. Also fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript and don't use a VPN. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
