Bug: Workflows list screen loads only first 30 items in Android app

Using android app and private repo with 40+ workflows.
After clicking Actions nav item I've found that I cannot find some workflow in the list (Workflows screen).
Counted the items and the list is showing only first 30 workflows.
No load more button visible and no load-on-scroll action triggered.

Title: Android app only displays first 30 workflows in Actions tab

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the GitHub Android app.
2. Go to a private repository that contains 40+ GitHub Actions workflows.
3. Tap on the “Actions” navigation item.
4. Scroll through the workflows list.

Expected behavior:

• The app should display all workflows or load additional workflows dynamically (e.g., via “Load more” or infinite scroll).

Actual behavior:

• Only the first 30 workflows are displayed.
• There is no “Load more” button and no auto-load on scroll.

Notes:

• Tested on the latest GitHub Android app version.
• Verified that all workflows are visible on the web version, so this issue appears to be specific to the mobile app UI.

Impact:

• Unable to access or trigger workflows beyond the first 30 from the mobile app, which limits functionality for repositories with large CI setups.
