| Hi! If the repository owner is no longer available and the repo is disabled, the best option is to contact GitHub Support directly using your organization’s admin or billing contact. Only an account with admin access or linked organization ownership can request to re-enable the repository. If you’re part of the organization, try reaching out to another admin or owner who can open a support ticket on your behalf. GitHub Support can then verify ownership and help restore access. |

Discussion Details
We have an Azure Web App that depends on this GitHub repository, which now appears to be disabled. Our team last accessed it last year to update a secret. The repository owner is no longer with the company, and I’m unable to open a GitHub Support ticket to have it re-enabled.
