Can’t access my organization and their repositories from the GitHub Mobile application. Everything is accessible and visible from the desktop website, but in the app, I can access nothing. I tried cache clearing and logout-login already. #177718

This issue usually happens when the GitHub Mobile app loses org permission sync or when SAML/SSO authorization expires. Try these quick steps 👇 Reauthorize SSO access: Go to https://github.com/settings/organizations Find your organization → click “Reauthorize” under SSO if shown. Then open the GitHub Mobile app again — it should refresh your org access. Force a fresh login: Log out of the app completely. In your browser, go to https://github.com/login Then sign back into the app. Clear app data (not just cache): On Android: Settings → Apps → GitHub → Storage → Clear Data & Cache. On iOS: Delete and reinstall the app. If your org uses SAML or 2FA: Make sure your SSO token hasn’t expired. You can reauthenticate via your organization’s IdP (SSO login). If none of the above helps, contact GitHub Mobile Support via: Select Mobile App → Access or Login Issues and include: Your GitHub username Org name Screenshot of what you see in the app vs. desktop ✅ In short: Reauthorize SSO → log out and back in → reinstall the app. |
