Hi guys, so i recently got my Copilot Pro via Education, i got approved and everything, but it doesn't seems to work, i tried to click in the things that asked me, but it didn't work, can someone help me?

Don't worry, that's because your benefits aren't available yet, you'll get a PRO badge on your profile once available:

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Once available, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

In my case it showed up after about 3–4 days. (and any Copilot coupon) can take up to ~72 hours to unlock.

Hey @joaorossiferreira,

Don’t worry! When it shows the tools to claim, it usually means your Copilot Pro (Education) request is still being processed. Sometimes it takes up to 72 hours, and in some cases (like my account), it even took 7 days to get fully approved.

Just give it some time — once approved, you’ll be able to claim it automatically. 😊

Its been more than 72 hours i didnt get any of the student offers can u solve it?
