Hi @ideamama, According to your latest screenshot, you should be on the PRO plan, otherwise Copilot PRO wouldn't be available. You can check your current plan in your billing settings, under "Subscriptions", if you click on "Manage subscriptions" you should see this:

I don't know why I find Github so confusing, i can't even find a section that would tell me what plan I am on (which suppose to be Pro for which I paid - still trial - but it behaves like I am not, including support just sent me a robot-generated response that support team only responds to paid users.... and that's in response to my ticket that nobody has read which clearly asked why my paid account behaves like free one).
I need to see my plan page and at least be able o downgrade it, if I don't figure this beast out in the next 3 days, because I find the fact that support is not responding and their billing email bounces very frustrating.
Guys, can anybody please point me whee on the earth I can do it?
Here is where I think logically it should be, but I can't see it anywhere in Billing or Account section. It shouldn't be that hard, me thinks.
Found this in some random place, but "downgrade" feature is nowhere to be found.
