Problemas para actualizar a Enterprise

Hola buenos dias.
Alguno tuvo inconvenientes para actualizar su licencia de producto a Enterprise?
Hemos actualizado y pasado la facturación a mensual, si bien la pagamos, no actualizó la licencia.
Ahora para iniciar el proceso nos piden el pago nuevamente.
