Notification filtered after pagination not before

When looking at issues on the https://github.com/notifications page, if I'm logged out of an enterprise org with extra auth requirements, I see: 1-0 of 741 and no entries showing up. When I log in, the whole first page contains entries only from that org. It looks like the paging is being done before the entries are filtered.

This makes the notification page completely unusable if you're a part of a busy org.
