A notification that leads nowhere

I've received this notification twice already (not frustrated, just pointing out it wasn't a one time thing)
The first time I forgot to ss it.

So, as far as I know, I do not belong or have any connection to any "paradigma" thingy, both on GitHub and outside of it

I'm receiving those only on app as android notifications, no emails, and can't view them in "notifications" tab within the app

Is it a bug/security issue or smth like that?
Asking as I don't think that I should be getting those if I don't have access to the source

ok, after reading thru comments from other discussions
this seems to be from ongoing phish/spam attack by bots creating repos and then spam pinging
