Couldn't get through the Billing information

I am facing the issue

Please complete your GitHub billing information with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. You do not have to add a payment method. You may need to log out and log back in to GitHub before reapplying. If you have only a single legal name, enter it in both the first and last name fields.

I don't know the reason why, since I have tried all the way to order first name and last name. In my statement, It has Monsieur MIDDLE_FIRST_NAME LAST_NAME

I guess the auto verification detecting the Monsieur as the part of the name. What can I do to resolve this issue? Many thanks.

I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
