Can someone help me get my payment info unblocked? GitHub has blocked it for 2 days now to "verify" its authenticity yet nothing has happend, is there anything I can do?

Payment verification blocks must be resolved by GitHub Support — there’s nothing you can do to lift it manually.

• Open a ticket at GitHub Support – Billing under Billing.
• Mark it as Urgent if your services are at risk of suspension.
• Provide the last 4 digits of your card, billing email, and any relevant screenshots to speed up verification.

✅ While waiting, you can add an alternate card or PayPal to avoid disruption of services.

When GitHub blocks your payment information for verification, it usually means their payment processor flagged the transaction for review. Unfortunately, this process can sometimes take longer than expected.

What you can do:

1. Check your email – GitHub often sends a message if they need more info or documentation to verify your payment method.

2. Contact GitHub Support directly – Go to GitHub Support: Billing & Payments
   and submit a ticket. Provide your account email, the last four digits of your card, and any transaction ID if available.

3. Try an alternative payment method – If possible, add a different card or PayPal account to your GitHub billing settings.

4. Wait for manual review – Sometimes it just takes their team a few business days to clear the hold.
