Github student verification faillure

Hi everyone,

Hello, I have tried uploading my ID card and after verification it keeps denying for 11 times
In the application even though everything is correct
and i at my home as my classes are over and i am in the same area with the college yet application form is asking that "why am i not on campus" like really what would i will do there after college hours

Make sure to fill in your billing info and your GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript, then log out, log back into GitHub and reapply. Using incognito mode or a different browser may help as well.

I also recommend you take a look at the Student Developer Pack Application FAQs.

If you're still asked "why you are not on campus", GitHub may have the wrong location for your school, in which case contact support by opening a ticket here, select "My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location" and explain your issue.

yes i have filled everything correctly yet it wasn't verifying the application

@samus-aran I am also having the same issue. I tried to submitted it 3 times but everytime it said billing information is wrong.
My billing information is up to date and i tried different browsers

i asked the university for a letter with their signature about my enrollment.
Github accepted within minutes

@themegaphoenix @piyush-21-iit it could be because you must not be present in college campus while filling the application form it aslo rejects the application of this location issue
