I plan to enable SSO via Okta on an existing GitHub Enterprise that contains one Organization. I noticed there are several GitHub apps within Okta's app catalog. I'm trying to understand which is the best for our use case. We just have a handful of developers that work one repos in one organization within our enterprise.

Would GitHub Enterprise Managed User SSO app in Okta likely be the best option for our simple use case? What would happen to the existing users in our enterprise/org in this scenario?
