I tried to use the sponsorship tool, but it says none can be sponsored:

That's incorrect. I did a more manual scan of my repositories for that account, made a CSV, and uploaded that to the bulk sponsorship tool. It found 7 maintainers to sponsor.

Is there anything I can do or is this a bug?
