Hi!

Would it be possible to add namespace label to gha_job_startup_duration_seconds_bucket and gha_job_execution_duration_seconds_bucket metrics?
We know that a job is executed within namespace of its scale-set.

It would be beneficial to know job execution duration per namespace.
