The GitHub profile https://github.com/sergiye used to house several projects, including rdpWrapper. I downloaded his rdpWrapper a few weeks ago. I haven't installed it yet, but I'd like to know if it's safe, or should I delete it?

RDP Wrapper itself isn’t malware, but it’s widely flagged by security tools and has been misused by threat actors, so use caution.
If you downloaded the official rdpwrap from the original GitHub and haven’t run it, it's probably harmless.
But if it's a modified fork, or came via an untrusted source or you’re unsure, you should be wary.
My recommendation would be to delete it if you're unsure where it came from or don’t need it.

@MaheshR03 , I'm not a noob. RDP Wrap, originally developed by binarymaster, is the original version of RDP Wrap, which I currently use on my 4 Windows desktops, is known NOT to be malware. The version by sergiye supposedly incorporated both TermWrap and RDPWrapOffsetFinder, both by llccd. This made sergiye's version more useful than the original RDP Wrap if it was real. This is why I downloaded it and was going to transition to it when I had some time. But now sergiye's profile is gone, which makes me wonder why. I'm hoping someone from GitHub can answer.

Thanks! I wasn't sure what category to post this in. I did look at them all, and the Profile category said it was for problems with your own profile. That's why I didn't post it there. Thanks for moving it. Hopefully someone from GitHub will answer.
