hi roemba! maybe your account hit a limit for GitHub Actions, even if your budgets look okay. sometimes GitHub has other limits you can’t see. because you use Azure to pay, maybe there is a problem between GitHub and Azure. it’s good you try to contact GitHub support, but they might take time to answer. you can check this page to see if GitHub has problems: this maybe check your billing and budgets again, or ask your Azure person if something change. hope GitHub help you fast! good luck! 😊 |

We are experiencing, since a couple of days, a full-on enterprise-level restriction on the running of Actions. In our billing portal we receive the message:
We are now unable to run any Actions in an organisation with ~100 developers. We have set budgets for Actions but without restrictions, e.g. with "Stop usage" disabled. The budgets are also much, much larger than we normally consume and appear in the UI not to have been fully used. It is unclear to me what this 'usage limit' entails that the message is referring to.
Our billing is set up through Azure, something that has been working fine for the last year we have been using Github Enterprise Cloud.
I am frankly quite disappointed with this sudden blockage of Actions, without any advanced warning by Github.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation and managed to resolve it? I already tried to contact Github support but received no response as of yet...
