The advanced search works differently when I'm logged in and when I'm not

When I am not logged in and use these qualifiers in Advanced Search, I get results about repositories, but when I am logged in, these qualifiers don't work and I get this error: “Some qualifiers in your query (state, label, no) are not supported when searching for repositories.”.

Qualifier example: state:open label:bug language:Python state:open no:assignee
