Unable to Select Organization When Applying for GitHub for Nonprofits

Dear GitHub Support Team,

I am trying to apply for GitHub for Nonprofits on behalf of our organization, Edukawa, a registered nonprofit based in Poland. However, I am encountering an issue during the application process.

On the “Select GitHub Organization” screen the dropdown menu does not display any organizations to select, despite being the owner of a GitHub organization connected to my account. As a result, I’m unable to proceed with the application.

One reason this may be happening is if you did not grant the Organization and authorize GitHub to provide the nonprofit validation review. In order to fix this, you can go into your settings and revoke the OAuth apps authorization from GitHub, open a new page and re-log into GitHub for Nonprofits.

You may also need to allow for third party OAuth. You can then reauthorize and regrant access to GitHub and the Organization you would like to be approved. For more information on how to check to see if your organization allows for OAuth, visit this page.
