Honestly, it just took time and experience.
Here’s is what helped me:

• I used visual tools like VS Code or GitKraken to make resolving things easier to understand.
• I read up a bit on how Git handles merges behind the scenes, like the “ours” vs “theirs” stuff.
• And most importantly, I just kept doing it. It got easier every time

I learned to resolve merge conflicts by practicing with Git in real projects and intentionally creating conflicts to understand how they happen. Tools like VS Code’s merge editor and git diff made it easier to visualize changes. Over time, I built confidence by always reviewing each side carefully, testing after resolving, and following good branching practices to reduce conflicts in the first place.
