| ok, thank you very much for your notes, but how could I as a new user in GitHub have sponsors, since I am very interested in having participation in the different projects that I do and that have a rewarding and positive impact? |

I'm having two monthly sponsorship tiers and both of them give access to a private repository.
Everything was working fine ever since until today when a user upgraded from one tier to the other.
The user reported that he can no longer access the private repository.
My first thought was he might forgot to sign-in to GitHub.
But I also checked "Collaborators and teams" of the repository manually and the user can not be found.
Could this be a bug?
Maybe some sort of race condition if 2 tiers give access to the same repository?
