Since you enabled 2FA (two-factor authentication) and lost access to your recovery codes, GitHub won’t be able to help you recover the account unless you have one of the following:

• Your 2FA recovery codes
• Access to a linked authentication app (ex: Google Authentication, you can find your code from here if you enabled this) or security key
• A valid recovery email that can still receive messages

If none of these options work and you can’t prove your identity, unfortunately GitHub’s policy doesn’t allow them to reset the account for security reasons. You might have to create a new GitHub account.
