GitHub has a new feature as of today. You can no longer use Grok 3 with GitHub. Specifically, access to raw repository files and wiki pages are blocked.

It looks like grok today disabled the capability of updating context from a web page and now the service even denies that the capability ever existed. Likely this accounts, at least in part, for the issue I encountered. I suspect the disablement was done in stages resulting in strange error states.
