Hello GitHub Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well. I am following up regarding an issue with processing a manual payout for my GitHub Sponsors account. I have already created a support ticket (#3244504) but have not yet received a response.

To provide more context:

• I recently received sponsorship and understand that payouts become eligible after the 60-day probation period.
• I have already passed the 60-day probation period but have not yet received the payout.
• I would like to process the payout manually and would appreciate your assistance with the following:

1. The steps required to initiate a manual payout.
2. The expected timeframe for processing manual payouts after the request.
3. Any additional information or verification needed from my side.

I would greatly appreciate an update on the status of my request. Thank you in advance for your help and support.

Hi, did you finally get your funds and automatic payout configured? May I know how long did it take them to fix the issue since you submitted the ticket? I'd like to see a reference to how long it took to resolve because I submitted it a week ago and still no one has responded to me...
