If the author of a package doesn't react on my issues #151129

As for me, I just fork a package, fix bugs, extend the package with new features and push the new version into my repository. It will have a sign that originally the package was forked, but who is concerned? I think that having the bugs fixed is the much more significant! |

Hi everyone! I work as a full stack web developer with the Laravel framework. Quite often I use some packages, find bugs in them, submit an issue, but nobody answers as if the package is abandoned. What do you do in such scenarios?
