GitHub won't respond to Ticket: 3212845 after days

Hi folks

My email got Hijacked a while back, and who did it attacked a bunch of my accounts, one of them being my GitHub account.
I have proof and receipts to show that the change in account information wasn't done by me and I listed that in the ticket I've made. It's been a while, and GitHub has still not responded to me.

Is this normal? Is there anything I can do about this? Is there a way my ticket can be flagged?
