Add ability to Create a new repository from Repository template from Chosen branch

Currently we have these options:

1. Select Repository template from dropdown list - implicitly main branch!
2. Include all branches checkbox - good if few branches

While I am asking for:

3. Select Branch to template from dropdown list option (should be placed in between mentioned options (1) and (2)) - that will allow "to template" from a branch other than the main branch.
   • The branch should be autopicked based on the viewed branch at the moment of pressing Use this template green button.
   • Currently achievable through option (2), but it is time consuming, since you have to: clone repo, reset --hard <branch>, push --force, delete odd remote branches - to achieve the same as proposed in (3)
   • Sub-option with explicit main branch name picking for the new repository might be needed (or just state that it will be called "main" regardless. Hmm, what about branch name collision then!?
