Package without any versions still shown in the repo

Dear community,

I have an issue with packages and versions persisting after being deleted. Here are some details:
I've deleted the underlying versions for a package, but the package itself still appears in the repository.

I deleted the images directly via the web UI, and it's been about 3 days now.

Same for the main package I provide here. I deleted the macos-test and macos-latest versions, but they still show up when you click on the fast-music-remover package. I expect to see fast-music-remover:latest as the only package:version I have as of now.

How can I permanently delete the test-fmr package and the macos-latest and macos-test versions of the fast-music-remover package?
