Didn't find the search button in firefox for android

I can't use code search there, because the search button didn't show up, and the return key of the android keyboard.

What I did :

• went to https://cs.github.com/videolan/vlc
• typed Mac OS X interface
• looked for the search button, didn't find any
• Pressed the return key : didn't do anything

using firefox 96.3.1 for android, using G board as a keyboard

It seems pressing the return key multiple times finally triggers the search. I suspect that the first tap just closes an empty suggestion box.
