Project #14 - AIPlayerInsight: Next-Gen Multi-Sport Analytics Platform

Hello Ben Odom,

I'm Jayden, a sophomore CS student at Ohio State. I'm interested in applying for this project.
I've built real-time YOLOv11 perception systems for an autonomous vehicle and deployed optimized vision pipelines on a Jetson AGX Orin for a Honda research partnership, so the core stack here (YOLO, tracking, PostgreSQL, FastAPI) is pretty familiar territory.

My plan would be to get a working detection + StrongSORT tracking pipeline running first, build out the TimescaleDB data layer, then tackle the natural language query interface last.

The Good First Issues board is fully claimed, so could you point me toward a prerequisite task? I also thought any tasks you point me to would probably be more applicable to the project.
