GSoC 2026: Interest in project "Create Interactive OpenVINO Jupyter Notebooks for Trending AI Models"

Hi @aleksandr-mokrov and @openvino-dev-samples,

I'm Vincent, I study electrical engineering and computer science at the National University of Singapore, and I'm interested in the project "Create Interactive OpenVINO Jupyter Notebooks for Trending AI Models".

My motivation is accessibility. Through building my startup, I’ve seen how little the average person (and even many developers) knows about using AI/LLMs effectively. High quality notebooks which are able to guide the user, are reproducible, and are benchmarked are one of the best ways to introduce people into both OpenVINO and modern models.

Prerequisite contribution:
I've contributed a fix for issue #3007 in openvino_notebooks, suggesting to a user that the error came not from their hardware but most likely because of outdated software (An older version of Python compared to the requisite Python 3.10 as stated in CONTRIBUTING.md)

Could you assign me a follow up task for someone starting this project, ideally in openvino_notebooks or advise if the #3007 issue fix is sufficient as a prerequisite?
