Summary

This pull request introduces support for the Hausa (ha) language in the OpenMRS Core module. Hausa is a widely spoken language in Nigeria and other parts of West Africa. This update helps improve accessibility for local implementations in the region.

Changes Made

  • Added messages_ha.properties with initial translations
  • Updated .tx/config.yaml to include Hausa in Transifex mapping
  • Verified rendering of Hausa strings in login and dashboard UIs

Why It Matters

Hausa support enables OpenMRS implementers in Nigeria and the broader West African region to localize OpenMRS for better user experience, aligning with our goal of expanding language inclusivity and localization in healthcare tools.
