App dependency / environment manager

Where a running app has a set of dependencies which are shared by twined-server, it is presently a requisite that these are in line with the installation on the server.

Sigh. Not good. Especially where the server should be running multiple apps.

Determine an architecture enabling an app to run in its own environment (possibly removing the django-dramatiq binding?)

It might be possible to use tox to configure different apps installed into the same machine.

OK, now that we've moved to having apps as entirely separate services that aren't run within django, this issue can be closed off as wont-fix.

The impending release of django-twined will reveal how to call such services from a django application in a way that loosely couples django to the services rather than having an awkard environment manager within a django environment.
