[mini.pick] Git status picker

This is a simple Git status picker for mini.pick, similar to what is available in telescope, fzf-lua and Snacks. I initially posted it in #550 but I am re-posting here as suggested by @echasnovski.

No, that I looked closer, here are some alternatives using already present tools in 'mini.nvim':

• :Pick git_hunks and :Pick git_hunks scope='staged' which use MiniExtra.pickers.git_hunks().
• :Pick git_files scope='...' which use MiniExtra.pickers.git_files(). It is a more granular picker based on file type (modified, ignored, etc.).
• :Git status -s if 'mini.git' is enabled. This opens a separate tab with file paths which can be navigated with gf when cursor is over them.

Thanks for the feedback! Indeed these all look like nice built-in alternatives. I'm just outlining some differences below in case it can help anyone choose the best path for themselves.

For the first two, I think the main differences are that the git status picker will have a prefix showing the "state" for each file (staged, modified, untracked), and will show all the "scopes" at once.

The third one gives pretty much the same output as the picker, so then it is really just a matter of taste of how one prefers to navigate files I think.
